POI MOVES
This is a list of moves for people to print off, feel free to post me some more moves that I have missed off, I could do with some wrap moves added to this list.
Not forgetting that once you can master these moves with ease and not hit yourself doing them! perfect your poi skills by learning every move you can in the opposite direction this will add great diversity to your performances and you can say "wow I can do those moves every way possible", So if you print out this list of moves make 2 boxes down the right hand side of the page and write above each box: forwards and backwards so that you can tick each move off once you have mastered them and you can then see what you need to learn next.
(some moves here are just silly ones that I am messing around with so you can ignore them or see if you can do them too.)

Thread the needle forwards to reverse via 180 turn
Thread the needle behind the head < could be possible with some thought! Not that I have tried this as yet .. give me time.
